ISLAMABAD, Dec 7 (APP):Managing Director Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) Aon Abbas Pubbi Friday said that PBM would be transformed into a vibrant, poor friendly institution by ensuring efficient utilization of money to make the needy self sufficient.
