ISLAMABAD, July 26 (APP):Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf candidate Shahabuddin Khan has won election from Punjab Assembly constituency PP-281Layyah-II by securing 33,141 votes. According to unofficial result announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz candidate Malik Abdul Shakoor stood second by getting 30,110 votes. The third position was grabbed by PPP candidate Malik Riaz Hussein with 17,690 votes. Voters turnout was recorded at 62.19%.
