ISLAMABAD, Oct 14 (APP):Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Liaquat Khan has won the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Constituency PK-64 Nowshera-IV by-election by securing 22,775 votes. According to the unofficial results issued by Returning Officer on Sunday, Muhammad Shahid of Awami National Party (ANP) remained second by getting 9,560 votes.
