ISLAMABAD, Oct 14 (APP):Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) candidate Ibrahim Khattak has won the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Constituency PK-61 Nowshera-I by-election by securing 14,713 votes. According to the unofficial results issued by the Returning Officer on Sunday, Noor Alam Khan of Awami National Party (ANP) remained second by getting 9,466 votes.
