LAHORE, Jan 31 (APP):Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar Thursday said that Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI) and Pakistan
Muslim League (Q) political alliance would endure all challenges and contest the next general elections together.
Talking to the media men after prize distribution among children of a private school at Alhamra here on Thursday, he said the difference among the political allies was a norm across the world and the PTI would address PML-Q’s grievances in an amicable way.
“Ch Pervaiz Elahi is a political wizard and we will lead our alliance prudently into the next general elections,” he responded.

To another query, he said the midterm elections were out of question, adding that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government would completes its five year constitutional term as people had voted the PTI into power for a whole term.
On education, he said the government was working to reform the education scene in the country and introduce a uniform education system in order to provide education to all.
He said the government was committed to bring 220 million out-of-school children back to school in Punjab.
About Nawaz Sharif, the governor said a medical board had been constituted to examine PML-N Leader Nawaz Sharif, adding that the recommendations of the medical board will be implemented in letter and spirit by the government.
On economy, he said the PTI government was working hard to make Pakistan economically prosperous, adding that it will also provide basic amenities to the masses. Ch Sarwar, further, said the government was preparing business-friendly policies for local and foreign investors.
He said the government would depoliticize institutions so that all institutions could work independently.
Responding to a question, he said centralisation of powers was a death knell to economic activity, adding that PTI government believed in transfer of power to the grassroot level.
The governor said that the government was making amendments in the local government laws, adding that the amended local government law would soon be introduced which would provide powers to the local government representatives.
To a query, he said under leadership of PM Imran Khan, the PTI government is working day and night to lead Pakistan to an era of progress.
Responding to a question, Governor Ch Sarwar said judiciary was independent in the country and the PTI believed in rule of law and supremacy of the constitution.
