NOWSHERA, Oct 7 (APP)::Defense Minister, Pervaiz Khattak has said that PTI would recover each and every penny of the looted money adding time has arrived that corrupt elements should be made accountable for their misdeeds.
He was talking to delegations of political and religious parties at Khattak Bagh, Akora Khattak on Sunday. On the occasion, various elders of Zando Banda reposed confidence on leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan and announced joining PTI.
He said that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) would be further strengthened and the money that has been accumulated outside of the country would be brought back. He said that country is not the property of few but every common man has equal rights over the motherland adding people would soon witness the benefits of ‘Change’.
He said that corruption and Pakistan cannot go together and prison is the fate of those who have plundered public money.
Perviaz Khattak said that development of backward areas is among the priorities of government and steps are afoot to develop them on basis of parity. He said that PTI is struggling for a system that would benefit every citizen of the country without any discrimination.
He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is working to strengthen all the institutions of the country including Pak Army and he has assured his cooperation to heads of all these institutions.
Former Chief Minister said that those who are propagating negative propaganda against 100 days plan are unaware of its benefits. He asserted that new local government system would devolve power to lower tier and help addressing problems of people at their doorsteps.
He said that government of PTI would complete its tenure and would introduce reforms in Punjab, Baluchistan and federal level like Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said that those who are criticizing PTI have done nothing for the people in their tenure but followed their own interests ignoring pledges being made to public during elections.
Khattak said government of PTI would ensure judicious use of public funds keeping in view wishes and aspirations of people. He said that ambition of PTI is to serve people and no one can stop us from achieving our objectives.
