ISLAMABAD, Dec 15 (APP):Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Senator Azam Khan Swati on Sunday said Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) government having full support of masses, would implement the reforms agenda.

It was the responsibility of the government to introduce reforms agenda and implement it for benefiting the people of this country, he stated while talking to a private news channel.
Without the participation and cooperation of opposition, the Parliamentary system could not produce results, he stated.

Developing consensus on national issues with the opposition parties was imperative to achieve progress and smooth flow of system, he added.

The Parliament was the supreme institution of the country, he said, adding, “the government should have better working relationship with the opposition for doing legislation, the minister stated.

In reply to a question, he said any accused person could not hold the public office. Unfortunately, the opposition leader had serious allegations but he was holding the office.
