ISLAMABAD, Oct 3 (APP):Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Ali Muhammad Khan on Wednesday said Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf government came into power for resolving the problems of masses and it believed on actions rather than words.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the government would deliver as per desires of people under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister of Imran Khan.
Ali Muhammad Khan said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government had adopted austerity measures in order to avoid burdening the national treasure.
He said the government would not take any big decision without taking Parliament into confidence, adding the opposition was criticising the government just for political point scoring.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) had not resolved the problems of Thar during the last ten years, he added.
He said the previous governments had destroyed the national economy and institutions of the country.
Replying to a question, he said Finance Minister Asad Umer had presented best budget in present economic situation of the country, adding the country’s economy was in worst condition when the PTI government came into power.
Taxation system must be improved to generate more revenue, he added.
