ISLAMABAD, Jun 24 (APP):The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), subsequent to the notification of the Policy Framework for Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Services by the Federal Cabinet (https://www.pta.gov.pk/assets/media/2026-01-06-Approved-MVNO-POLICY-FRAMEWORK_Dec-2025-PDF.pdf), invites applications for the grant of Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Licenses in Pakistan.
Interested entities are invited to apply for the grant of Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Licenses in accordance with the approved Policy Framework and PTA licensing requirements. MVNOs will be allowed to offer services under their own brand through agreements with licensed Mobile Network Operators.
MVNO licenses shall be issued for a period of fifteen (15) years, subject to fulfillment of applicable regulatory terms and conditions.
