Private Scheme Hujjaj asked to submit complaints against HGOs by Nov 15

ISLAMABAD, Oct 24 (APP): The Ministry of Religious Affairs
and Interfaith Harmony has asked the private scheme Hujjaj to submit complaints against their respective Hajj Group Organiser (HGOs) by Novemer 15.
According to an official, a form titled ” Performance Report
for Hajj-2015 (Private Hajj Scheme) is available at Ministry’s
website.
The Hujjaj could lodge complaints about non-provision of
agreed facilities in Saudi Arabia during the Hajj-2015.
The ministry plans strict action against the HGO, who had
violated the agreement by not providing the facilities to private scheme Hujjaj, he said.
He reminded that prior to Hajj-2015, the ministry had directed each HGOs to deposit performance guarantee, so that the amount could be paid to private Hujjaj in case of any violation of the agreement.
He said the guarantee amount would be returned to the HGO, if no complaint is received against it.
It may be mentioned that as many as 40 complaints were
registered against HGO last year. Ministry’s Complaints Redressing Committee had issued notices to 30 HGOs and also slashed the quota of three HGO on proving guilty.
