President’s spokesperson warns Taliban regime against acting as ‘surrogate mother of terror’

The statement by the president’s spokesperson came after Pakistan carried out well-planned and calibrated aerial strikes against the hideouts and safe havens of terrorist organisations of Fitna al Khwarij and Fitna al Hindustan in Afghanistan.

ISLAMABAD, Oct 1 (APP): Spokesperson to the President Murtaza Solangi on Thursday issued a strong warning to the Afghan Taliban regime over its continued support to terrorist outfits by providing them with safe sanctuaries, training and logistical support.

“If the illegitimate Taliban regime thinks they will continue to provide safe sanctuaries, training and logistical support to a cocktail of terror outfits and act as a surrogate mother of terror, the global and regional forces of peace and civilisation shall surprise them,” the spokesperson said in a statement on his X timeline.

He, however, said that the surprise by the global and regional forces of peace might not be too pleasant for the “beasts”.

The statement by the president’s spokesperson came after Pakistan carried out well-planned and calibrated aerial strikes against the hideouts and safe havens of terrorist organisations of Fitna al Khwarij and Fitna al Hindustan in Afghanistan, killing multiple terrorists, in continuation of operation Ghazab lil Haq.

Based on credible intelligence, selective targeting of terrorist camps and hideouts at two locations belonging to Fitna al khwarij, Fitna al Hindustan and their affiliates has been carried out in Afghanistan with precision and accuracy, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting announced.

“Targets were destroyed with precision, and initial reports suggest the killing of twenty-two terrorists. Large quantities of weapons and ammunition stored at these hideouts were also destroyed,” it added.
