President Zardari felicitates Mongolian leadership on National Day
ISLAMABAD, Jul 11 (APP): President Asif Ali Zardari, Saturday, extended felicitations to the President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, the Government and the people of Mongolia on their National Day.
“In his message, the President highlighted that this occasion commemorates Mongolia’s proud history, rich cultural heritage and the enduring spirit of its people.
He noted that the Naadam Festival, renowned for its traditional sports of wrestling, archery and horse racing, beautifully reflects Mongolia’s vibrant civilization and the deep pride of its people,” President Secretariat Media Wing said in a press release.
President Zardari said that Pakistan and Mongolia enjoyed warm and cordial relations founded on mutual trust, shared values and cooperation at regional and multilateral fora.
He emphasised that growing collaboration in trade and commerce, agriculture, capacity building and people-to-people exchanges reflects the positive momentum in their bilateral relations.
The president expressed his firm confidence that the friendship between the two countries would continue to grow stronger in the years ahead, guided by shared aspirations for peace, amity and sustainable development
