ISLAMABAD, Oct 5 (APP):President Dr Arif Alvi urged the world community to take notice of the state terrorism being perpetrated by India in occupied Kashmir as well as against its minorities. In an interview with Radio Pakistan, the president said the world could not act as a silent spectator on the situation in occupied Kashmir.
