President Mamnoon for promotion of cultural heritage

ISLAMABAD, Sep 29 (APP): President Mamnoon Hussain
Thursday said that Pakistan was endowed with rich literary and cultural heritage and stressed the need for its effective
promotion.

The president said this while talking to Advisor to
Prime Minister on National History and Literary Heritage Irfan
Siddiqui, who called on him at the Aiwan-e-Sadr here.

Irfan Siddiqui apprised the president about matters
pertaining to his ministry and further informed about the
planned programmes to promote literary and cultural activities in the country.
