ISLAMABAD, June 22 (APP): President Mamnoon Hussain Wednesday left for Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.
The delegation accompanying the President includes Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry and other senior officials.
The President will represent Pakistan at the Meeting of the Heads of the SCO Member States.
Pakistan will be accorded permanent membership of SCO during the Summit, said a press release.
