President grieved over death of ex-cricketer, PCB selector Ilyas

ISLAMABAD, Jan 12 (APP): President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday expressed his deep grief over the demise of former Pakistani test cricketer and selector of the Pakistan Cricket Board Muhammad Ilyas.

The president, in a statement, said that the services of the late Muhammad Ilyas in the field of cricket would always be remembered.

He prayed to Allah Almighty for peace for the departed soul and strength for the bereaved family to bear the loss.
