ISLAMABAD, July 14 (APP): President Mamnoon Hussain on
Thursday underlined that steps should be taken to ensure the welfare of the people by improving their standard of life.
He was talking to Governor Punjab, Malik Muhammad
Rafique Rajwana, who called on him here at the Aiwan-e-Sadr.
The President stated that maximum relief should be
provided to the people and quality educational and
health-care services be made available to them.
Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana apprised the President
of the developmental activities being undertaken in the Punjab province with specific reference to the ongoing projects in South Punjab, which will have a very positive bearing on the life of the people.
