KARACHI, Nov 28 (APP): Voting is underway for the by-elections in
National Assembly’s constituency, NA-258 on Monday.
The polling started which started on 8am will continue till 5pm.
Out of 287 polling stations, 68 have been declared highly sensitive,
while 219 polling stations were regarded sensitive. Police and Rangers
personnel have been deployed inside and around the polling stations
for security.
There are 408,613 registered voters in the constituency. It is
pertinent to mention over here that the seat fell vacant after
resignation of Abdul Hakeem Baloch.
