ISLAMABAD, Oct 26 (APP): Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) will organize on Tuesday cultural activities to mark black day and express solidarity with the Kashmiri people in their unprecedented peaceful struggle for their due right of self-determination.
The event titled ‘Youm e Siah Kashmir’ will feature Kashmiri Tarany (songs), Tableau and Speeches to support and highlight the day.
It may be mention that October 27 is the day, when Indian Armed Forces took over Kashmir by force and made it Indian dominion. In this connection, Kashmiris observe this day, all over the world, as a Black Day.
