The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) has opened the 4th edition of its Young Graduates Exhibition, titled “A World Out of Place,” showcasing the creative work of 53 emerging artists from leading art institutions across Pakistan.

ISLAMABAD, Aug 29 (APP): The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) has opened the 4th edition of its Young Graduates Exhibition, titled “A World Out of Place,” showcasing the creative work of 53 emerging artists from leading art institutions across Pakistan.
Curated by Noor Fatima, Consultant for Visual Arts and Marketing at PNCA, the exhibition is being held at the Grand Hall and Gallery No. 2 of PNCA, and features diverse contemporary artistic practices reflecting the ideas, concerns, experiences and evolving visual languages of a new generation of Pakistani artists.
The participating institutions included the National College of Arts (NCA) Rawalpindi, Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), Rawalpindi Women University (RWU), University of Gujrat and COMSATS University Islamabad.
“A World Out of Place” exploref the experiences of young artists navigating a rapidly changing social and cultural landscape, bringing together varied approaches to painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, mixed media and other contemporary practices.
The exhibition presented a collective artistic perspective on themes including identity, place, memory, belonging and transformation, highlighting the diverse ways in which emerging artists engage with contemporary realities.
The Young Graduates Exhibition reflected PNCA’s continued commitment to providing emerging artists with a platform to showcase their work and connect new artistic voices with wider public audiences.
The exhibition will remain open at PNCA, Islamabad, until September 11, and can be visited by the public from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
