PM’s housing scheme reflective of poor friendly approach: Samsam Bukhari

LAHORE, Apr 17 (APP):Punjab Minister for Information and Culture Syed Sumsam Ali Bukhari on Wednesday said that former chief minister turned Aashiyana scheme into a hub of corruption whereas Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Pakistan Housing Scheme was the reflective of poor friendly approach.
He said that difference between PTI’s opposition leader Mian Mehmoodur Rasheed (during previous Punjab Assembly tenure) and PML-N’s opposition leader Hamza Shahbaz in present Punjab Assembly was that there had never been an allegation of corruption against Mehmoodur Rasheed whereas Hamza Shahbaz was involved in number of cases of money laundering.
In his statement issued here, the minister said that former chief minister had promoted nepotism by using his power illegally. He said that former chief minister utilized resources of the whole province in a single city. While on the other side, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar believed in hard working, commitment and performance, he added.
The minister further stated there was best working relationship between federal and Punjab government.
He said that Imran Khan was the first prime minister in national history who highlighted clear difference between corrupt and honest leadership.
Syed Sumsam Bukhari said, “Our leadership is exposing the real face of former rulers to the people by removing their fake masks.” He said that history would tell that Usman Buzdar’s tenure would prove to be the golden era of Punjab.
