PML-N’s Ghays Uddin wins PP-47 elections

ISLAMABAD, Jul 26 (APP):Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s candidate Muhammad Ghays Uddin has won election from Punjab Assembly constituency PP-47 Narowal-II by securing 18,473 votes.
According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, Independent candidate Hafiz Shabir Ahmed stood second by getting 11,770 votes. The third position was grabbed by independent candidate Muhammad Akmal with 11,497 votes.
Voter turnout was recorded at 53.29%.
