PML-N to launch mega projects in AJK after winning polls: Barjees Tahir

SAMANI (BHIMBER), July 11 (APP): Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Chaudhry Barjees Tahir Monday said Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) would launch projects of motorways and helicopter ambulance service in Azad Kashmir after winning the election.

Speaking to party workers at opening of an election office
here, he said PML-N would begin mega projects in Azad Kashmir as it did in Pakistan.

PML-N has decided to change fate of AJK people, he said. “We do not make false promises. We do what we say.”

He said he was thrilled to see passion and participation of
party workers amid rainfall.

He said his party nominee in the constituency does not need an election after two candidates including Raja Razaq withdrew and announced their support for the candidate.

Barjees said he came to Samani with the message of Prime
Minister Nawaz Sharif for people of Kashmir that their fate is about to change.

“Nobody can stop the wheel of progress despite firing by
opponents and violence.”

The minister credited Nawaz Sharif for changing fate of
Pakistan with his mega projects of motorways and power plants.

Pakistan Muslim League workers will hold political funeral of
their opponents on election day, he remarked.

“We do not need official protocol as we have protocol of the
people,” he said.

The minister said the PML-N government would make efforts for implementation of United Nations resolutions on Kashmir and uniting Kashmiris living across teh Line of Control.

He urged supporters to spread throughout the constituency,
bring people with them to the polling stations on July 21 and cast ballots for the party.
