LAHORE, Oct 24 (APP): Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML N) leader and Member National Assembly Sheikh Rohail Asghar Monday said government was pursuing the agenda of progress and prosperity of the masses under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
Talking to APP, he said people could not be served through mere slogans but practical steps were needed for this purpose.
He said there was no room for politics of protest or chaos in the country and it was lamentable that some elements were trying to hinder the journey of development and prosperity.
He said that performance of the PML N was a proof of its commitment to public service, honesty, hard work and transparency.
He said masses had already rejected protest politics and enlightened people of the country would not allow agenda of vested interests to succeed in the future as well.
He said that these elements wanted to hamper the process of
development and prosperity of the country only for achievement of their selfish ends.
The PML N government was making all out efforts for making Pakistan a developed, peaceful and prosperous country.
He said that Pakistan was now more safe, peaceful and economically stable than before.
