PML-N, PML-Q nominate Mir Abdul Quddus as chief minister

QUETTA, Jan 11 (APP):Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and Pakistan Muslim League-Q, members of
provincial assembly Thursday jointly nominated former Balochistan Assembly’s deputy speaker
Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo as chief minister of the province.
Abdul Quddus would submit his nomination papers for the post of chief minister to
provincial assembly on Friday morning.
This was stated by MPAs including Mir Jan Muhammad Jamali, Sardar Saleh Bhotani, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti,
Asim Kurd Gello, Syed Agha, Raza, Mufti Gulab Kakar, Amanullah Notaizai, Mir
Amir Rind and others, while addressing a press conference at the provincial assembly .
The nominated chief minister said he would try to resolve problems
of the masses in consultation with all political parties and senior parliamentarians.
Abdul Qadoos said Balochistan Assembly would complete its constitutional tenure and thanked all parliamentarians
for nominating him as the chief minister of the province.
He hoped that all the political parties would support him in the larger interest of Balochistan.
He said measures were being taken to provide job opportunities to the Baloch youth and to restore peace in the
province.
