PML-N delegation calls on AJK PM Haider

MIRPUR, Mar 05 (APP):A delegation comprised of Party Presidents of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) district Bhimber led by Ex Member Legislative Assembly and Ex Member Kashmir Council Raja Maqsood Ahmed met Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan here late Sunday.
On the occasion, Maqsood Ahmad Khan apprised the Prime Minister about the difficulties being faced by the civilians living near the Line of Control (LOC).
While talking to the delegation, Haider said the people of Samahni and others living near LOC are brave who are sacrificing their lives for the defence of the country.
He assured the delegation that the incumbent government is taking all necessary measures for the facilitation of families settled near LOC.
Meanwhile AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan paid a visit to the areas along the Line of Control (LOC) in Tatta Pani Sector in the district of Mirpur division to express solidarity with the victims of unprovoked Indian firing.
Addressing the affected victims of Indian aggression the prime minister said Indian firing on civilians along the LOC cannot discourage our determination, adding that the people of
liberated area would play front role in defence, stability, and prosperity of the country.
He said Kashmiris are fighting the Indian forces’ atrocities with bravery and firm resolve and there is no example of it.
He said he came especially to express solidarity with the victims of LOC and would stand with our people living along the LOC.
He said provision of funds and all the remaining compensation would be paid soon. He paid rich tribute to the martyrs and wounded people at LOC and expressed solidarity on behalf
of the entire nation.
Minister for Revenue Sardar Farooq Skindar,
MLA Raja Naseer Khan and Malik Yusaf also spoke to the families of LOC sufferers on the occasion.
