PM saddened over loss of lives in flash floods in Texas

ISLAMABAD, Jul 05 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif Saturday expressed sadness over the loss of precious lives in the flash floods in Texas, United States of America.

In a post on X, he said, “Deeply saddened by the loss of precious lives in the tragic flash floods in Texas, USA.”

“Hope the ongoing rescue efforts will be successful in saving more people from this natural calamity.

Having suffered a similar incident in north west Pakistan just a few days ago, we can fully understand the pain and suffering of the bereaved families,” he said adding, “Our thoughts and prayers are with President Trump and the American nation at this difficult time.”
