ISLAMABAD, June 28 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif
has expressed immense grief and sorrow over the loss of precious
lives of police personnel who were targeted in Quetta on Tuesday.
Sympathizing with the bereaved families, the Prime Minister
directed the authorities concerned to ensure best medical treatment
for those injured during the attack, said a statement issued by Prime Minister House.
The Prime Minister directed the concerned to hunt down the
perpetrators behind the attack and those responsible for destroying
peace in the city.
The Prime Minister called upon the provincial government to devise a well coordinated and effective strategy in consultation with the Interior Ministry at the federal level to deal with the recent wave of attacks on the personnel of law enforcement agencies in the province.
