ISLAMABAD, Jul 8 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Friday expressed his deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of renowned social worker and philanthropist Abdul Sattar Ehdi.
“He was a real gem and asset for Pakistan. We have lost a great servant of humanity,” the Prime Minister said in his condolence statement.
He said Abdul Sattar Ehdi was the real manifestation of love for those who were socially vulnerable, impoverished, helpless and poor, adding, “This loss is irreparable for the people of Pakistan.”
The Prime Minister prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
