LAHORE, Nov 23 (APP):Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday congratulated the nation on Pakistan’s remarkable victory at the Snooker World Cup held in Muscat, praising the national team for securing the title through outstanding performance and exceptional skill.
The Prime Minister lauded the brilliant display of talent by cueists Muhammad Asif and Asjad Iqbal, noting that their performance had once again highlighted Pakistan’s strength in the sport.
“Pakistani players clinched the World Cup title with extraordinary mastery,” he said, adding that the entire nation, including himself, felt immense pride in the achievement.
The Prime Minister further stated that Pakistani athletes continue to bring honour to the country on global platforms through their hard work, dedication and exceptional abilities.
