LAHORE, May 16 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of renowned journalist and founder of Urdu Digest, Altaf Hassan Qureshi.
The premier prayed for the forgiveness of the departed soul and for patience and strength of the bereaved family.
“The passing of Altaf Hassan Qureshi has created a void in the field of journalism that may never truly be filled,” said the prime minister.
He said the invaluable contributions and services of Altaf Hassan Qureshi to journalism would always be remembered.
