ISLAMABAD, Feb 29 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Monday congratulated Ms Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy on winning the Oscar’s Award for the second time for her documentary “A Girl in the River: The Price of Forgiveness”. Lauding the efforts of Ms Sharmeen, the Prime Minister said that there was no place for killing in the name of honour in Islam.
