ISLAMABAD, Dec 18 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Friday chaired a meeting on internal security which was attended by high-level civil and military officials.
Chief of the Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, Director General ISI Lt Gen Rizwan Akhtar, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, National Security Advisor Lt Gen (retd) Nasir Janjua, PM’s Advisor on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi attended the meeting.
The meeting also discussed the situation in Afghanistan.
