ISLAMABAD, April 4 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Monday chaired a high-level meeting to discuss the matters related to national and internal security. A statement from Prime Minister’s Media Wing said the meeting was held here at the PM House and was attended by Chief of the Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Minister for Finance Muhammad Ishaq Dar and DG ISI Lt. General Rizwan Akhtar.
