ISLAMABAD, Jun 23 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Thursday announced Rs 10 million as financial support for the family of late Qawwal Amjad Sabri.

The federal government will also bear the educational expenses of the children of assassinated legend of Pakistan.

Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, in a statement issued from the
PM’s Office here, described the killing of Amjad Sabri at the hands of coward terrorists as a “loss of whole Pakistan.”

He said Amjad Sabri was a genuine Aaashiq-e-Rasool (SAW) and his contributions through promotion of love and tolerance all around the world are unmatched and unparalleled in present time.

“People of Pakistan loved him (Amjad Sabri) and will remember him as a goodwill ambassador of Pakistan around the world,” the Prime Minister added.
