RAWALPINDI, Dec 8 (APP):- All workers unions of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) will support government for starting accountability against corrupt elements in the national flag carrier.
PIA was a profit making entity which has been brought to the prevailing situation due to the corrupt elements, President CBA Airleague, Muhammad Usman Khan said.
Talking to APP, he said there is need to streamline the system in the organization to earn profit. He said that there is need to expose the elements involved in corruption.
He demanded of the concerned authorities to take the stakeholders into confidence and start negotiations so that the privatization matter of the airline could be managed in a proper manner.
He said that all unions will cooperate with the government to eliminate the menace of corruption.
