PESHAWAR, Nov 12 (APP): A two-member bench of Peshawar High Court (PHC) here Thursday re-issued notices to Imran Khan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government while hearing the petition filed by doctors against formation of Board of Governors in educational hospitals.
The bench comprising of Chief Justice Mazhar Alam Mian Khel and Justice Younis Thamim heard the case during which Advocate General KPK appeared before the court on behalf of the Provincial government.The court had summoned Imran Khan over his statement during last hearing.
Chief Justice gave opinion during the hearing that there were several constitutional and legal points, for which a full bench should be formed.The court adjourned the hearing till December 12.
