ISLAMABAD, Jul 26 (APP):Pakistan Muslim League’s (PML) candidate Parvaiz Elahi has won election from Punjab Assembly constituency PP-30 Gujrat-III by securing 75,724 votes.
According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PML-N) Zulfiqar Ali Warraich stood second by getting 29, 178 votes. The third position was grabbed by Tahreek e Labaik Pakistan’s Khalid Mehmood with 20,297 votes.
The voters’ turnout was recorded at 48.43 %.
