People in Punjab rejected baseless allegations of rigging: Shahbaz

ISLAMABAD, Nov 1 (APP): Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif
Sunday said people of the province had rejected the elements levelling
baseless allegations of rigging.
In his message of congratulation to the winning candidates of Pakistan
Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), the Chief Minister said politics of honesty,
public welfare and hard work won in the first phase of local government
elections in Punjab, PTV reported.
Shahbaz Sharif said the local government elections had validated
the results of last general elections.
He said PML-N was committed to the mission of national development.
