ISLAMABAD, Apr 05 (APP): Chairman of the Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA), Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah, on Saturday delivered a compelling address on the primacy of education, character formation and parental stewardship at the annual prize distribution ceremony of a private school held at Radio Pakistan Auditorium Rawalpindi.
The prestigious ceremony brought together a large gathering of students, parents and educators to honour scholastic distinction and co curricular brilliance, while offering a vibrant platform for young minds to exhibit their artistic flair and intellectual confidence.
