PCAA takes note of passengers complaints against Oman Air flight

ISLAMABAD July 23 (APP): Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) on Saturday took notice of the incident according to which passengers faced severe inconvenience due to malfunction of inflight air conditioning system of Oman Air flight WY 343 on route to Lahore from Muscat.

According to a press release, the flight had landed at 1430 hours at Allama Iqbal International Airport.

Swiftly taking note of the situation, CAA officials called the Oman Air customer services and lodged a complaint that the passengers were not treated well during the flight.

PCAA ensured the passengers of an appropriate action at an early time frame.
