ISLAMABAD, Feb 17 (APP):Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) conducted another comprehensive E-Kachehry under the leadership of its Managing Director, Senator Capt. Shaheen Khalid Butt, to directly address concerns raised by citizens from across Pakistan.
The virtual session on Tuesday held here at PBM’s headquarters, provided an open and accessible platform for beneficiaries and members of the public to register complaints and seek assistance regarding medical treatment support, educational stipends, financial aid, and rehabilitation programs.
During the one-hour interactive session, 16 participants from various regions of the country joined via the online platform.
They highlighted issues related to medical funding, scholarship disbursements, eligibility inquiries, and urgent financial hardships. The Managing Director personally listened to each case and reviewed the complaints in real time.
Demonstrating PBM’s commitment to transparency, responsiveness, and citizen-centric governance, Senator Capt. Shaheen Khalid Butt issued immediate directives to the relevant departments to ensure swift resolution of the reported cases.
In his concluding remarks, Managing Director PBM emphasized the need for an inclusive and proactive strategy to effectively respond to the growing number of applicants and the complex challenges associated with poverty.
He directed the officers to further strengthen digitalization, transparency, and accountability mechanisms, reaffirming PBM’s resolve to ensure that no deserving individual is left without support.
