PBC plays significant role in socio-economic development

ISLAMABAD, Nov 13 (APP): Director General, Radio Pakistan Syed Muhammad Imran Gardezi has said that the organization is going to extend its reach across the country through new high range transmitters.
Addressing the staff and artists of Radio Pakistan, Bahawalpur he said that being the voice of the nation, the organization has played a very significant role in the socio-economic development of the country, said a press release issued here.
The Director General Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC)  said that since independence Radio Pakistan has set a standard of broadcasting which now has become a hallmark for other broadcasting institutions.
