KARACHI, Nov 13 (APP): Adviser to Prime Minister for National History
and Literary Heritage, Irfan Siddiqui has urged the opposition parties to use the platform of Parliament and standing committees to raise their
voice on government policies, as issues are not decided on the streets.

Qureshi’s book ‘Mulaqatain Kya Kya’, here on Saturday night, he said Pakistan has faced numerous challenges in its 70 years history, as the journey of democracy had been disrupted several times in the past, and it resultantly affected progress of the country.

into power, as the same happens in the democratic countries in the developed world.
He emphasised upon the need for concrete steps to deal with the academic and intellectual decline in the society.

the training of young journalists.
