Pariwash Hakim brings silver glory to Pakistan at Asian Science Camp 2026

ISLAMABAD, Aug 14 (APP): Pariwash Hakim, daughter of renowned writer Dr. Hakim Ali Buriro, has won the Silver Award at the Asian Science Camp 2026 in Hong Kong.

Pakistani student Pariwash Hakim’s science project was among 12 shortlisted projects out of 54 entries, after which a 13-member international panel reviewed the projects.

The projects were evaluated based on the originality of the idea and quality of presentation, timeliness of completion, and potential impact.

The panel included Nobel laureates, scientists, and experts from universities and industry.

Talking to APP, Dr. Buriro termed it a proud moment, saying that his daughter had the privilege of representing Pakistan at the international level and bringing laurels to the country.
