ISLAMABAD, Jun 24 (APP): Deputy Prime Minister/ Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar Tuesday said that Pakistan warmly welcomed today’s ceasefire between Iran and Israel.
On his X handle, the DPM/FM said Pakistan firmly believed that all disputes must be resolved in accordance with the principles of the UN Charter and international law, including respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity.
“I am immensely delighted and Pakistan warmly welcomes today’s ceasefire between Iran and Israel. We commend those who played pivotal role in facilitating this development and hope this positive step will contribute to lasting peace and stability in the region,” he added.
