Pakistan, US resolve to confront terror outfits including ISIS-K, TTP, BLA
WASHINGTON, Aug 5 (APP): The United States and Pakistan have affirmed their joint resolve to confront terrorist organizations that endangered the safety of their citizens and the stability of the region, including ISIS-Khorasan (ISIS-K), Al-Qa’ida (AQ), the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), and the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) and its affiliates.
The commitment was made during the Fourth US-Pakistan Counterterrorism Dialogue convened on Tuesday, in Washington, DC which was led by US Coordinator for Counterterrorism Ambassador Gregory LoGerfo and Special Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Nabeel Munir.
