Pakistan, Turkiye Agree to Boost Health Cooperation

ISLAMABAD, Nov 26 (APP):Federal Minister for health Syed Mustafa Kamal on Wednesday said that Pakistan and Turkiye agreed to expand collaboration in the health sector, citing the longstanding ties between two countries.
The minister said this during his meetings with Turkish counterpart in Ankara.
He said to strengthen bilateral cooperation in health and medical research is a top priority of the government.
The Minister reaffirmed that Pakistan and Türkiye enjoy decades-long brotherly relations founded on cultural affinity, mutual trust, and shared aspirations.
Pakistan and Turkiya enjoy strong and friendly relations, he added both were agreed to further strengthen cooperation in healthcare.
During a meeting both counterparts discussed new areas of cooperation in the health and agreed to expand joint effort.
