Pakistan to raise Kashmir’s voice at every forum until justice is served: Rana Mashhood

ISLAMABAD, Feb 05 (APP):Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) as the country marked Kashmir solidarity day, pledging continued diplomatic, moral and political support for their just struggle for freedom, dignity and the right to self-determination.
In a statement issued on the occasion, Rana Mashhood said the courage and resilience of the Kashmiri people in the face of prolonged oppression continue to inspire not only Pakistan but the world at large.
He stressed that Pakistan remains firmly committed to raising the Kashmir issue at every national and international forum until justice is served.
“On Kashmir Day, we stand shoulder to shoulder with the people of IIOJK in their legitimate struggle for freedom and dignity,” he said, adding that Pakistan’s support for Kashmiris is rooted in principle, conscience and international law.
The chairman said the right to self-determination is a fundamental and inalienable right of the Kashmiri people, as enshrined in United Nations resolutions, and called upon the international community to play its role in ensuring peace and justice in the region.
Rana Mashhood expressed hope that peace, freedom and justice would ultimately prevail in Kashmir, reiterating that Pakistan would continue to advocate for the Kashmiri cause until their voices are heard and their rights are realized.
