Pakistan to give kinetic response to Indian aggression: Asad

ISLAMABAD, Feb 26 (APP):Minister for Finance Asad Umar Tuesday said Pakistan would give kinetic response to Indian aggression.
“There is no option under consideration on table that Pakistan would not give buffeting reply but assured that it would response to Indian aggression with aggression,” he said talking to a private news channel.The minister said India would get response at a time and manner chosen by Pakistan.
“Whatever the country would response that should be considered measured reply”.
He thought that India would not do war with Pakistan because it knew that Pakistan was well prepared and ready for any misadventure and it would bear a bad consequences.
Pakistan and India were nuclear powers, he said and added that India had made regional peace on risk.
Asad Umar said Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was playing politics on Pulwama incident to get sympathies of his masses as Modi had already lost elections in five states.
Modi’s politics based on Muslim enmity and he was trying to gain votes for the next general elections by blaming Pakistan, he added.
He said the whole nation was united against Indian aggression as it was a national issue. Today in National Assembly session, the opposition had also given their reaction over it because it was not a issue of only one political party, he added.
He said it was decided in National Security Committee meeting that National Command Authority meeting would hold on Wednesday (tomorrow) and after that in camera briefing would be given to government, opposition and military leadership. The joint session of the parliament called on Thursday, he stated.
Commenting on participation of Indian Foreign Minister in Ogranisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), he said Pakistani leadership was consulting OIC on the matter, adding that India had no concern and role in OIC.
